We aim to respond to emergency tree situations within 2–4 hours in most Melbourne suburbs. During major weather events, our team prioritises the most hazardous cases first to protect public safety. Our crews are trained and equipped for night operations when required and work closely with emergency services for incidents involving power lines or blocked infrastructure. To ensure timely support, we recommend calling as soon as you notice any storm-related tree damage.

Tree removal involves risks that go far beyond simply using a chainsaw. Our certified arborists assess key safety factors like tree lean, weight distribution, decay, and nearby structures before work begins. We use specialised rigging systems, cranes when needed, and professional-grade safety gear that most homeowners don’t have access to. Additionally, we carry full insurance coverage for tree work—protecting you from potential liability. What may appear to be a simple removal can often hide dangers only a trained expert can recognise and manage safely.

Yes, we provide detailed, written quotes that are valid for 30 days. Pricing depends on multiple factors including the tree’s size and species, site access, proximity to structures or power lines, and the tree’s health. Additional services like stump removal may also affect the cost. We strive for complete transparency—there are no hidden charges. If we encounter unexpected issues during the job, we always consult with you before proceeding.

We take every precaution to protect your property during tree work. This includes using ground protection mats for gardens and lawns and controlled dismantling methods where branches are carefully lowered using ropes to avoid impact. Our team places equipment strategically to reduce disruption to landscaping and uses precision cutting to ensure safety and accuracy. After the job, we carry out a full cleanup and check for any unintended effects, addressing them before we leave.

If your application is denied, we’ll help you understand the reasons and explore your options. This may include submitting a revised application with a more detailed arborist report to demonstrate safety concerns or property risks. In many cases, we can suggest alternative approaches, such as selective pruning, that meet your goals while complying with council regulations. For heritage or protected trees, we collaborate with consultants to develop tailored management plans. Our comprehensive approach often leads to approval on resubmission.
